GENERAL TERMS OF USE – TERMS OF OPERATION OF THE ONLINE STORE

The online store https://www.thedolli.com/shop owned by the company “PHAIAX S.A. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY”, trading as “PHAIAX S.A.T.D.C.”, with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 094262534 and General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) number 121557633000.

The present document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all visitors to our website, as well as to those who make purchases through it. Its purpose is to inform you of your rights and obligations when searching for products or services, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and making possible returns.

1. PURPOSE

The online store provides visitors with the opportunity to obtain information about products and services and to make purchases remotely, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection and Law 4624/2019 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. SALE OF PRODUCTS – PROVISION OF SERVICES

The company makes available, through the online store, products that meet all legal specifications.
Product descriptions and photographic representations are indicative and may display minor deviations from the actual items.

3. GIFT CARDS – PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES

The company may offer gift cards or promotional packages subject to specific terms of use, which are stated in each case on the website. Gift cards are non-exchangeable for cash and may only be redeemed under the conditions described in the relevant section.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases may be settled using any of the following payment methods:

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
When you enter your card details, your bank pre-authorizes (reserves) the amount corresponding to your order without immediately charging it. The actual charge to your credit/debit card is made at the time of invoicing, in order to avoid issues arising from potential unavailability of products.
To ensure the highest level of security for electronic transactions made via credit or debit card, payments are processed through the secure payment system of Alpha Bank.

By bank deposit into the company’s designated bank account.

Via electronic payment services (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

By room charge, in cases where the customer is staying at the hotel.

All transactions are carried out securely through SSL encryption.



5. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY CHARGES – GENERAL INFORMATION

Products are dispatched via partner courier services.

All product prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable law.
During checkout, you will see a detailed breakdown of the net value of the products, the VAT amount, any additional charges (e.g., shipping), and the final amount payable.

The company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders already completed, unless there is a change in the applicable VAT rate or another lawful reason.

Shipments within Greece

Shipments are handled by partner couriers, such as DHL EXPRESS (ΕΛΛΑΣ) Α.Ε. or an equivalent service. 

Dispatch time: 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday on working days.

In the event of a stock shortage or delay, the customer will be promptly informed by email or telephone about the status of the order.

Upon completion of the order, a confirmation email is sent containing a full breakdown of the items, amounts, and shipping method. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us immediately.

International Shipments

The company also carries out deliveries outside Greece through international partner courier services [DHL EXPRESS (ΕΛΛΑΣ) Α.Ε)]

Deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country. This timeframe is indicative and does not include possible delays due to customs inspection procedures.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart prior to checkout.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. Such charges are borne exclusively by the recipient.

Customers are advised to check in advance for any potential customs fees or import restrictions before completing their order.

For orders outside the European Union, Greek VAT does not apply, and the total amount payable may be automatically adjusted during checkout.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to force majeure events (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, transportation bans, or other unforeseen events).
In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified by email or telephone regarding the status of the order.

6. RETURNS POLICY – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATIONS

Our company is committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of its customers and complies with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection.
The following terms and conditions apply to the return of products, the withdrawal from a purchase, and the cancellation of services or gift vouchers.

Non-Receipt of Products

If you have not received your products within thirty (30) days from the date of placing your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.

Right of Withdrawal – Return or Replacement

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any justification, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt, as evidenced by the delivery confirmation.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal may result in either a refund or a product replacement.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. You must notify us in writing (via email) at [email protected], using either the standard withdrawal form or a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw.

2. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to you via email.

3. All returns must be accompanied by the retail purchase receipt.

Conditions for Returns

1. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with complete packaging and all accompanying materials (e.g. tags, instructions, accessories, etc.).

2. Returns of products that do not meet the above requirements may not be accepted.

3. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error by the company.

4. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the withdrawal notice was submitted.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If a product is received defective or different from the one ordered, the company will bear all related costs, including:

• replacement of the product or refund of the purchase amount, and

• shipping and return costs.

In cases where the return is not due to a company error, the refund applies only to the product purchase amount, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal, and once we have received the returned products.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees are charged for processing the refund.

Gift Vouchers & Promotional Packages

The purchase of gift vouchers or promotional packages is considered final. No right of withdrawal or cancellation applies once the transaction has been completed.

Important Notes

The company reserves the right not to accept returns that do not comply with the terms of this policy.
It is strongly recommended that products be returned using a secure and trackable shipping method (e.g. courier service), as the customer is responsible for the goods until their receipt by the company.
